British Inspection X-ray AP1-1104. He has developed innovations and techniques in almost all welding processes especially welding dissimilar metals. Due to his special talent with metal fabrication and his generosity in sharing his skill to his fellow welders, his company Brilliant Metal Craft & Machine Design was accredited by TESDA as an official venue for Trade-testing in Welding Competency.

Implements improved processes and management methods to generate higher ROI and workflow optimization. 5. Develop and create strategies and policies aligned with organizational goals. 6. Provide mentoring and guidance to subordinates and other employees.
